Tabbouleh Salad

Today we have a classic Moroccan recipe, tabbouleh salad. It’s so tasty but at the same time very healthy as well. That’s a recipe we can prepare so easy and with not so much effort in a few minutes in our kitchen. So what are you waiting for, sleeves up and grab your knifes.

Σαλάτα Ταμπουλέ - Tabbouleh Salad


For the recipe, you need the ingredients below,

1 cup groats
1 1/2 cup boiled water
1 cup corn
1 tomato
1 onion
Salt, pepper and oregano
Some mint
Greek extra virgin olive oil


Slice and chop all the veggies, parsley, mint, onion, tomato in a bowl. Add the corn seeds and start mixing well. Get a bowl and put the groat with the water to inflate. Add the salt and the pepper. Put all the ingredients together just before serving and that’s it the Moroccan pomegranate salad is ready to taste.
