Ingredients
For the rolls with pumpkin and walnuts, you need the ingredients below,
Pie crust sheets
500 gr. shredded pumpkin
100 gr. raisins
100 gr. walnuts
100 gr. black sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Greek olive oil
Execution
Mix the ingredients for the stuffing in a bowl. Flatten two crust sheets smearing them with some oil before, then put 2 tablespoons of the stuffing and wrap them each other in order to shape a roll. Try to keep the edges covered. Repeat this process in order to make more rolls regarding your needs. Put the rolls in a baking pan, smear with olive oil and sprinkle some sugar as well. Use the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 mins until they get a nice gold color and you are ready. The rolls with pumpkin and walnuts are ready to taste.
