For the pomegranate salad, you need the ingredients below,
Nuts and sesame
2 tablespoons mustard
Salt, pepper and oregano
Greek olive oil
Slice the veggies, lettuce and rocket in a bowl mixing with the pomegranate seeds, the sesame, the nuts and the parmesan. Get a shaker or a deep cup adding the oil, the salt, the pepper, the oregano, the pomegranate juice and the mustard and start shaking very well together. Pour the sauce over the salad just before serving and that’s it the Mediterranean pomegranate salad is ready to taste.
