Pomegranate Jam

Please find below the ingredients you need to execute the recipe,

1 kg. pomegranate seeds
800 gr. sugar
Some lemon juice


In order to deseed the pomegranates try to slice each one in the middle and put them in the water about 30 minutes. Then grab each one and try to extract the seeds. Use a pot in order to boil the seeds with the sugar. Boil them about 30 minutes and then try to squeeze them in order to get the juice, throw away the rest of the seed. Finally add the lemon juice and continue boil until the jam is ready. Seal the jam into small jars and turn them upside down for some time before use. That’s it the pomegranate jam is ready and last for a year.
