Pastirma Pastirma Rolls
Please find below the ingredients for the pastirma rolls,
Pie crust sheets
250 gr. pastirma or cured beef in slices
250 gr. gouda cheese in slices
4 tomatoes in slices
Some black cumin (nigella sativa) or black sesame
Greek olive oil
Flatten two crust sheets smearing them with some oil before, then put some slices of pastirma, cheese and tomatoes wrapping them each other in order to shape a roll, try to keep the edges covered. Repeat this process in order to make more rolls regarding your needs. Put the rolls in a baking pan, smear with olive oil and sprinkle some black cumin seeds. Use the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 mins until they get a nice gold color and you are ready.
