We all know how delicious and tasty the burgers are, especially when we invite our beloved friends in our house, a sunny afternoon. But for a successful BBQ with burgers, the secret is the buns, so today we will show you how we can prepare and cook them ourselves with ingredients with no preservatives. Please find below the ingredients you need to execute the recipe,

1 kilo flour for bread
680 gr. water
2 spoons (soup) salt
1 spoon (soup) sugar
Some yeast
4 spoons (soup) olive oil

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. When the dough is ready, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. Next remove the dough from the refrigerator and slice into small pieces, knead them in order to shape them into small balls. Finally put them in a shallow baking dish and let it rise. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes and the burger buns are ready to taste.
